Papaya puree bowl

Papaya can be eaten many ways and pureed is one of them. Use it as your base, instead of a dairy base, for your breakfast bowl as its rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and fibre. 

1 medium to large Papaya, peeled and deseeded

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Handful of strawberries

1 teaspoon of honey

Place the papaya into a food processor and blend until it has a smooth consistency. Now using a jar, bowl or vessel of your choice place the papaya as the base and then add your other ingredients on top. You could convert this into a smoothy but if you prefer to eat your food, rather than drink it, then this is the perfect way.
