Vitamin C bowl

Frozen berries, fresh fruit, nuts and coconut cream yoghurt - a simple yet very satifying meal all in one. You can use dairy yoghurt, I would suggest a greek yoghurt or a full cream yoghurt instead of the modified fat free versions.

Most of my breakfast meals are quick to prepare and that is because I generally don't have time in the morning to cook/bake/prepare gourmet meals. My breakfast meals need to be quick, healthy, nutritious, and easy to eat and this meal is no exception.

100g raspberries

100g blueberries

a few slices dragon fruit (or any other fruit you would prefer)

1/2 kiwi fruit

100g of roasted nuts of your choice

100ml coconut cream yoghurt (greek or full cream dairy for a non-vegan option)

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon spirulina powder

 

optional: 2 tablespoons pea protein (especially if you are eating this before or after your workout)

Method:

Combine all your ingredients into your food vessel of choice, be it a bowl, jar or container and enjoy!
